摘　　要： 进行了花生、大豆、芝麻、亚麻籽双面渗流冷榨的应力应变试验。采用川北方程建立了侧限排油压榨的应力、应变关系模型,运用改进模拟退火算法反求模型参数。结果表明:川北方程能较好地模拟花生、大豆、芝麻、亚麻籽的侧限排油压榨的应力、应变关系。 The experiments of stress - strain of oil plant by uniaxial cold pressing under double surface for flow of fluids through a porous medium were carried out. The simulating model of stress - strain of oil plant based on the Kawakita＇ s Equation was developed. The parameter inverse problems by means of improved simulated annealing was researched. The results of simulation demonstrated that the model by Kawakita＇ s Equation can simulate the stress - strain well.
