木聚糖酶用于旧书刊纸脱墨的研究

摘  要: 探讨了木聚糖酶的可脱墨性,将其用于旧书刊纸脱墨,并优化了脱墨工艺条件:木聚糖酶用量5%,碎浆时间为40 min,碎浆pH值9.0。使用H2O2单段漂白后,木聚糖酶脱墨浆白度增值为14.8%SBD,化学法脱墨浆白度增值为12.3%SBD,纤维素酶脱墨浆白度增值为13.1%SBD。研究结果表明,酶法脱墨浆比化学法脱墨浆有较好的可漂性。酶法脱墨有利于二次纤维成纸强度的维持和提高,且木聚糖酶脱墨浆要优于纤维素酶脱墨浆,但其脱墨浆的油墨含量高、白度低。 Xylanase deinking of old book paper was studied; the xylanase application conditions were optimized. In addition, the deinking effects of xylanase and cellulase and conventional chemicals and the properties of the deinked pulps were compared. The optimum xylanase deinking conditions were: enzyme dosage 5%, pulping time 40 min, pH 9.0. The results showed that the enzyme deinked pulp had better physical properties; it could be bleached easier than chemical deinked pulp. The brightness gain of enzyme-deinked pulp was higher than that of the chemical' s after one-stage H2O2 bleaching. 13.1 unit (SBD), 14.8 unit (SBD) and 12.3 unit (SBD) brightness were increased for cellulase-deinked pulp, xylanase-deinked pulp and chemical-deinked pulp respectively. On the other hand, the xylanase-deinked pulp had better strength and higher residual ink content, lower brightness than that of cellulase deinked pulp.
