采用ATC和助留剂控制废纸浆微胶粘物含量

摘  要: 将聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDADMAC)用作阴离子垃圾捕捉剂,丙烯酰胺和丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵的阳离子共聚物[P(MC-AM)]作助留剂,考察了它们在高电导率、高阴离子性的新闻纸抄造系统中控制微胶粘物的效果。研究结果表明,单独使用任何一种助剂,效果均不理想;但是当把PDADMAC作用于浓浆、把P(MC-AM)作用于稀释浆时,微胶粘物的控制效果极佳。这说明利用阴离子垃圾捕捉剂和经特殊设计的阳离子助留剂间的协同作用,可以很好地控制废纸浆中的微胶粘物问题。 Micro-stiekies control effects of polydiallyl-dimethyl-ammonium chloride (PDADMAC) and cationic copolymer of acrylamide and acryloxyethyltrimethylammonium[ P (ME-AM) ], in a high conductive and anionic waste paper based newsprint furnish were investigated. The PDADMAC was used as an anionic trash catcher and the P(MC-AM) as retention agent. It was discovered that using any one of the two additives only did not have desirable effects, but if using the PDADMAC in the thick stock and then the P(MC-AM) in the diluted one, the rnicro-stickies controlling effects were extremely good. The study showed that taking advantage of the synergistic effect between anionic trash catcher and specially designed retention agent, micro-stickies problem in waste paper based pulp can be well controlled.
