摘 要: 为实现连铸与热带轧制宽度的衔接,热带粗轧机组中广泛采用宽度方向大侧压的方法。本文简要地论述了采用平辊立轧—平轧方式调宽过程中轧件的主要变形特点,并指出了我国今后在现有热带轧机上采用粗轧调宽技术的途径。 In order to expand synchronized operation between the continuous slab casting and hot rolling processes, heavy width reduction is widely realized by rolling and pressing in roughing trains of hot strip mill. In this article, main deformation characteristics of materials durig edging by flat edger roll were introduced and present situation of width reduction in our country was briefly analysed and prospects were put forward.
