摘 要: 用双螺杆挤出机制备玻璃纤维增强聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(GFRPET)粒料,用注塑机注塑试样,试样在140℃热处理4 h。用DSC仪测得热处理后试样的结晶度增加,并测得热处理后的强度、弹性模量有很大程度提高。由热处理后试样冲击断面的SEM照片可见水分挥发留下的空洞,这些空洞容易形成应力集中点,因而导致冲击韧性降低。热处理后试样的弹性模量与增强定律十分吻合。 The granules of glass fiber reinforced poly ( ethylene terephthalate) (GFRPET) are produced in double-screw extruder. The samples are shaped in injection molding machine and treated under 140℃ for 4 hours. The crystallinity of the sample after heat-treatment is found to rise by DSC analysis, and the corresponding strength and modulus increase by a great extent. Many round voids which result in stress concentration easily are found on SEM micrographs of fracture surface after heat-treatment, so the notched izod impact strength of the sample decreases. The modulus of CFRPET after heat-treatment agrees perfectly with reinforcement law.
