摘 要: The solid-phase microextraction(SPME)using C18-MCM-41 fiber coating coupling with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was applied to the determination of trace of phenanthrene in environment water.The experimental conditions of SPME,.such as extraction time,extraction temperature,desorption time were optimized.The optimized conditions were as below:room temperature,1000r/min of stirring rate,30 min of extraction time and 3min of desorption time,respectively.The proposed method can be used to determine the phenanthrene in environmental water.
