摘 要: Commercial Isomaltooligosaccharide was purified by glucose oxidase(GOD)and catalase(CAT).Temperature,pH value,sugar concentration and enzyme concentration were determined by uniform design and single factor experiment.The optimal condition was that:temperature was 35-40℃,pH value was about 4.0,sugar concentration was 200g/L,reaction time was 24h,GOD concenation was 100U/g sugar,the best ratio of GOD to CAT was 15.Under the optinal condition,the isomalto-oligosaccharide with a purity of 85.28% was obtained.
