摘 要: 建立了毛细管电泳高频电导法同时测定腺苷和虫草素的方法。实验对电泳介质的种类、浓度以及操作电压和进样时间等因素进行了优化,在4mmol/L乳酸+10%异丙醇+80μg/mL羟甲基纤维素钠(pH=4.0),分离电压20.0kV的条下测定了天然虫草和人工虫草菌丝制品中的腺苷和虫草素的含量,线性范围分别为2.0μg/mL^120μg/mL和3.0μg/mL^110μg/mL,检出限分别为0.5μg/mL和1.0μg/mL。 A method for the simultaneous determination of Adenosine and Cordycepin by capillary electrophoresis with high frequen- cy conductivity detection was established. The effect of the main factors on separation was investgated. Adenosine and Cordycepin could be ofptimally separated and detected in 4 mmol/L lactic acid - 10% Isopropyl alcohol -80μg/mL Carbexymethyl cellulose sodium (pH =4. 0) with 20. 0 kV separation voltage. There are excellent linearity between peak area and concentration of analytes in the concentration range of 2. 0 - 120. 0μg/mL for Adenosine and 3.0 - 110. 0μ/mL for Cordycepin. Satisfactory results were obtained in analysis of the drug"Jin Shui Bao" ,"Ning Xin Bao"and the Cordyceps sinensis.
