摘 要: 低分子量PPE/TAIC混合物具有最高上临界温度行为,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)线和浊点曲线在PPE的含量约为50wt%时相交.通过带有控温装置的显微镜、红外和DSC来研究PPE/TAIC混合物的相行为和固化行为.采用原子力显微镜研究PPE/TAIC混合物固化材料的相态.研究结果表明,随着PPE/TAIC混合物中PPE含量的增加,分散相PPE颗粒的大小明显地增加,另外混合物的热稳定性也随之增强.固化后的PPE/TAIC体系具有良好的耐化学药品性和耐热性. The low molar mass PPE/TAIC blends were shown to have the upper critical solution temperature (UCST) type phase behavior, and cloud point curves intersect the glass transition-composition lines at a PPE content of about 50%. Phase behavior and cure behavior were investigated by different techniques: light transmission measurements, fourier-transform infrared spectrometer, and different scanning calorimeter. The cured morphology of the PPE/TAIC blends was studied by atomic force microscope. With increasing PPE content for PPE/TAIC blends, the diameter of the dispersed PPE particles has a significant increase, and the thermal stability of the blends is also increased. The cured PPE/TAIC systems exhibit good chemical resistance and thermal stability.
