摘 要: 研究了蛋白核小球藻细胞中叶黄素的提取工艺,通过单因素实验和正交实验,确定了其最佳工艺条件为:用细胞破碎器破碎藻细胞,以甲醇-二氯甲烷(2:1,v/v)为提取剂,温度30℃,破碎次数2次,破碎时间5min/次,料液比1:40(w/v),为最佳提取条件。在此条件下提取蛋白核小球藻细胞中的叶黄素,提取率达到了87.1%。 Extraction process of lutein from Chlorella pyrenoidosa cells was studied. Through single factor and orthogonal experiments, the optimal parameters were shown as following: methanoldichloromethane(2:1,v/v) as solvent, microalgal cells griding by a dispersing instrument at 30℃; raw material and solvent ratio 1:40(w/v); treating 2 times; 5 min/time. The efficiency of lutein extraction was 87.1% achieved under the optimized conditions.
