摘　　要： 巴西一直把发展核力量看作是提高国际威望和谋求大国地位的重要手段,因而捍卫民用核发展权利的立场坚定不移。但美国指责巴西的核发展已突破民用的藩篱,有谋求核武化的危险。这种“核因素”已成为影响美巴关系稳定发展的重要因素。然而,在推进南美一体化进程和在国际上发挥更大作用等问题上,巴西离不开美国的支持,美国也不愿在自己的后院制造另一个伊朗。两国关系会在争吵与斗争中不断发展,但“核因素”的影响不会轻易消除。 In Brazil, development of nuclear strength is always regarded as an important way of improving international prestige and seeking great power status, so the nation stands firm for the right of civil nuclear development. However, the United States criticized Brazil, pointing out that its nuclear development has broken away from the purpose of civil use and shown the tendency of developing nuclear weapon. The unclear factor has become an important factor that will affect steady development of relationship of two states.
