摘 要: 采用原位增容技术,以氯化聚乙烯(CPE)、交联剂过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)和三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)改性废旧ABS(WABS)/废旧PP(WPP)共混物,制备了综合性能较好的WABS/WPP共混合金。结果表明,CPE与交联剂DCP和TAIC协同作用,可以对WABS/WPP起到良好的增容作用,共混合金在不降低拉伸强度的同时,冲击强度可获得较大的提高。采用6份CPE与适量交联剂DCP和TAIC并用改性的WABS/WPP(90/10)共混合金的冲击强度比改性前提高了127%。WABS/WPP共混合金改性后的耐热性能也有所提高,改性后WABS/WPP两相的相容性得到了改善。 Waste ABS/waste PP (WABS/WPP) blend was prepared by in-situ compatibilization technology, and the prepared blend was modified by the use of chlorinated polyethylene ( CPE), crosslinkers dicumyl peroxide (DCP) and TAIC. The results showed CPE had synergistic compatibilization effect with DCP and TAIC on WABS/ WPP, resulted in great increase of impact strength and no decrease of tensile strength. The impact strength of WABS/WPP (99/10) was 127 % higher than that of unmodified blend when 6 phr CPE and appropriate amounts of DCP and TAIC were used. The thermal property of the modified WABS/WPS blend was improved and the compatibility of the WABS/WPP was improved, too.
