摘 要: 针对LTCC技术的特点,深入分析了LTCC中异质材料共烧匹配性的关键技术及其难点,研究后提出:通过调整粉体粒度,调整流延配比中有机物的含量、调节烧结制度、插入中间层,以及适量掺杂烧结助剂等方法对异质材料的共烧匹配性进行合理有效地调制,最终获得共烧界面结合完好,复合功能满足应用要求的多层结构及功能器件。 Reviewed and summarized were the key technique and difficulties of co-fireability of different materials for LTCC. The research results show that the co-fireability adjustment of different materials can be controlled by particle size, organic compound fraction in green tape, interlayer and sintering additive, at last, the good-bonding interface and performances of multi-layers components can be achieved.
