摘 要: 竞争情报需求取决于企业的性质,推动知识共享的信息技术的发展使竞争情报再次受到关注。电子商务促进了知识管理的发展,而知识工作又提高了组织内部情报收集与分享的流程,竞争情报迅速地成为企业发展,保持优势和在电子商务市场中进行竞争的战略规则。 A company' s competitive intelligence needs are dependent on the nature of its business. The advances in information technology that have facilitated knowledge sharing have also spurred renewed interest in competitive intelligence. E-Business facilitates the development of knowledge management, and knowledge works enhances the process of gathering and sharing intelligence in an organization. Competitive intelligence is fast becoming a strategic imperative to move ahead, stay ahead or simply compete in the e-business marketplace.
