摘　　要： 担负着社会教育职能的图书馆,对读者网络信息素质的培养有着义不容辞的责任。必须通过完善与优化互联网网站、文献检索与利用课程的教学创新、建立在线咨询联盟等措施来加强读者网络信息素质的培养。参考文献3。 With the responsibility of social education, library should play an important role for user＇s Internet information literacy. In this paper, the author proposes some suggestions, such as the optimization of websites, the renovation of curricula concerning document retrieval, the establishment of online reference service consortia. 3 refs.
