摘　　要： 用敲击振动的方法评价柑桔品质时,由于柑桔的质量、密度、坚实度、糖度以及pH等因素都影响敲击响应主频率,且各因素与响应主频率之间的关系呈非线性,用传统的方法难以分析两者之间的关系.本文应用灰色关联分析方法,计算了各种成熟度柑桔敲击响应主频率与各影响因素之间的灰色关联度,并对计算结果进行相应的理论分析.结果表明:即使柑桔的成熟度不同,坚实度始终是影响敲击响应主频率的首要因素,而pH的影响程度为最小.灰色关联方法为分析响应主频率与其影响因素之间的关系提供了一种有效的综合分析新方法. Using nondestructive acoustic impulse-response technique to evaluate the quality of oranges, it was found that there were lots of factors affecting dominant impulse-response frequency, such as mass, density, pH value, firmness and sugar content. Furthermore, the relationship between these factors and dominant impulse-response frequency are non-linear and it is difficult to analyze the relationship between them using the conventional regression method, In this paper, the grey relative degrees between the dominant frequency and affecting factors for orange fruit at different stages of maturity have been calculated based on the grey theory. It was known that firmness was the most responsive factor, while pH value was relatively unresponsive. Results suggested that the grey theory presented in this paper may provide a new way for comprehensive analysis of the relationship between dominant impulse-response frequency and affecting factors.
