摘 要: 以稻田中主要捕食性天敌蜘蛛为研究对象,探讨在室内条件下拟水狼蛛、食虫瘤胸蛛取食3种转基因水稻(克螟稻1号、转基因抗虫恢复系、Ⅱ-32/RBS杂交F1)上褐飞虱后对其生长、繁殖、捕食的影响。结果表明:在相同条件下,取食转基因水稻上褐飞虱的两种蜘蛛饲养7、14、21 d后,其体重增长率和死亡率与取食非转基因水稻上的相比无显著差异;取食转基因水稻褐飞虱的蜘蛛具有很高的生存率;功能反应的捕食量也无显著差异。这表明这3种转基因水稻对供试蜘蛛无明显影响。 Effects of the brown planthoppers reared with three transgenic rice varieties, KMD1, RBS and Ⅱ-32/ RBS, on the growth, development, fecundity and predation of two spiders, Pirata subpiraticus and Oedothorax insecticeps were studied in laboratory during 2001-2002. Under the same condition, growth rates and mortality of two spiders at 7, 14 and 21 d after feeding on brown planthoppers reared with three transgenic rice varieties did not show a significant difference compared to that feeding on brown planthoppers on non-transgenic rice. Predation function of P. subpiraticus and O. insecticeps fed on the planthoppers on transgenic rice plants was not significantly impacts compared to the planthoppers on non-transgenic rice, indicating that three transgenic rice varieties were safe to the two spiders.
