摘　　要： 对中国科技园区域创新能力的评价体系进行了阐述。在现有评价指标体系的基础上,结合人工智能的最新研究成果,针对目前中国科技园区域创新能力评价方法存在的不足,提出了基于数据描述的智能评价方法,并将其应用到中国科技园区域创新能力的评价中,取得了较为理想的效果。 The evaluation system of innovative ability for state scientific and technological has been introduced briefly. Based on the current evaluation indices, aimed at the drawbacks of evaluation algorithm, combined with the latest research achievements of artificial intelligence, the approach of intelligent evaluation based on data discription has been proposed. In the end of paper, the approach is used in the evoluation of innovative ability for state scientific and technological park region successfully.
