摘　　要： 该文在对江西“绿色”大米生产的现状以及发展“绿色”大米生产的优势进行分析的基础上,提出了发展“绿色”稻米生产的对策和措施。文章认为要通过科技创新,实现生产标准化;通过观念创新,实现种植规模化;通过机制创新,实现粮食产业化;通过组织创新,实现贸、工、农一体化。必须大力发展种粮大户,实现水稻生产主体的创新;大力支持扶植粮食生产合作社和粮食行业协会,实现水稻生产服务主体和水稻生产管理主体的创新;以贸工农一体化的产业化经营模式进行“绿色”大米产业化生产,实现水稻产业化经营体制的创新。 On the bases of analyzing the present status of ＂green＂ rice production in Jiangxi ＆ the advantages of developing ＂green＂ rice production, this paper puts forward counter measures for developing ＂green＂ rice production. This paper provides ideas of realizing production standardization by science ＆ technology renovation, realizing scaled plantation by establishing new concepts, realizing industrialization of grain production by improving mechanism, realizing the unification of trade, industry and agriculture by constructing new organization. We must develop big grain household to realize renovation of main body of rice production, supportgrain production cooperatives and grain trade association to realize renovation of main service body ＆ main management body for rice production. We should conduct industrialization of＂ green＂ rice production by the mode of trade, industry, and agriculture unification, so as to realize the renovation of management system for rice industry.
