摘　　要： 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,以食用菌为材料,分析了不同培养时间和不同培养基种类及不同提取条件对酯酶同工酶酶谱的影响,结果表明:培养时间和培养基组成及提取条件的不同,酯酶同工酶酶谱的酶带呈现不同的多态性。提示:同工酶在食用菌菌种选育的应用上,应固定分析菌丝的最佳培养时间及固定最适培养基种类和选取适宜的提取方法,才能获得稳定的结果。 Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis （PAGE） was performed to analyze the effects of culture time, culture medium and extraction conditions on the esterase isoenzyme of Pieurotus ostreatus mycelia. The results showed that the number and stainability of the enzyme bands varied with the culture conditions, suggesting that fixed culture time and culture medium should be applied in the process of breeding programs of edible fungi.
