摘　　要： 南京大屠杀事件是世界上有深远影响和特定政治意义的事件,通过对历史、场地和题目的解读,作者认为该馆的构思应处理好以下几个方面:处理好与周边城市环境的关系,准确把握纪念馆的主题,协调与一期工程的空间关系,突出场所和意境的创造。 Nanjing Massacre was an historical event with profound influence and specific political significance. By study of the history, place and motif, the designers think the issues should be well considered： the relation between the memorial hall and surrounding urban circumstances; accurately catching hold of the motif of the memorial hall; coordination of the space between the new building and the original phase I project as well as givingprominence to the creation of both Loci spirit and spiritual intention, etc.
