摘　　要： 构建有中国特色的社会主义和谐社会离不开坚实的政治基础,这个基础就是以中国共产党领导为核心的、具有中国特色的社会主义基本政治制度。在建设和谐社会的进程中,以这些制度为主要内容的政治上层建筑应该而且必须要发挥自己的作用。 Constructing a socialist harmonious society consolidated political foundation, which is the socialist with Chinese Characteristics depends on a political system with Chinese characteristics under the leadership of the CPC. In the process of building a harmonious society, the political super structures based on these systems should play their full roles.
