摘　　要： 如何培养高素质合格人才是当前高等教育面临的重要课题。较高的文化素质是人才的根本条件,文化素质包括科学素质和人文素质两个方面。对于理工科院校来说,加强人文素质教育尤其迫切。 In the face of the challenge of the new century, we have an important task to bring up the eIigible talents who possess high quality. Higher quality, which includes science quality and humanistic quaIity,is the basic requirement to train talents. It is an urgent mission to enhance the humanistic quality for students in colleges of science and engineering.
