摘 要: 为了有效治理日益严重的河流、湖泊水污染,研制了一种悬浮填料转笼式生物反应器。其工作原理是:利用水流推动转笼转动,中心轴微孔曝气提升悬浮填料、转笼体内叶片搅拌悬浮填料,形成一个均匀混合的高效处理河流、湖泊污水的流化态微环境。将该反应器进行了应用实验研究,结果表明,该悬浮填料转笼式生物反应器处理低浓度污水比传统处理方式的处理效果高10%。 In order to control pollution in rivers and lakes, a rotation-cage-type bioreactor with suspended packing was designed. Its working principle is: the rotation-cage driven by water flowing, the suspended packing elevated by aerating air from micro-holes on the center axis, and stirred by vanes in the cage-body, thus forming the well-proportioned microenvironment for treating the sewage from rivers and lakes in high efficiency. Then the application experiment was processed, and the results showed that the removal effect was 10% higher than the traditional biodisk reactor for low-concentration sewage.
