摘 要: 电子鼻技术在水果的无损检测中得到了不断的研究与发展。文中运用电子鼻对柑橘的成熟度进行了无损检测分析,建立了电子鼻响应与成熟度之间的关系,证明了建立在化学传感器和模式识别软件上的电子鼻能够检测区分不同成熟度的柑橘。同时,研究表明电子鼻传感器阵列可以得到进一步的优化,文中也为这种优化提供了一个具体的实例,这为进一步进行电子鼻的检测商业化提供一个依据。 The research of electronic nose technology in non-destructive monitoring of fruit ripen has been continuously developing. In this paper, we monitor the orange maturity nondestructively with the electronic nose, obtain the correlation between the signal of the electronic nose and the orange maturity, proving that electronic nose based on the chemical sensors and pattern-recognition software can distinguish oranges of different degrees of maturities. Simultaneously, the research also shows that electronic nose sensors array should be optimized, and a specific example , which supports the commercialization of monitoring by the electronic nose technology was also given.
