超声场-静电场协同防垢机理
Scale Prevention Mechanism in Synergistic Action of Ultrasonic Field and Electrostatic Field

摘  要: 使用自行设计的超声场-静电场协同防垢实验装置进行模拟蒸发实验,正交实验结果表明,在声强0.53W/cm2、场强32 kV/m时有很好的协同效果,防垢率为78.46%.碘释放法研究表明,在静电场中,超声空化增强.经过超声场处理后,过饱和溶液吸收超声空化产生的微观能量,缩短了CaCO3晶体的成核诱导期,加速了晶核的生成,使晶体稳定于文石的形态,悬浮于溶液中,不易沉积,达到防垢目的. Simulated evaporation experiments were carried out by using a self-designed scale-preventing apparatus with the synergistic action of ultrasonic field and electrostatic field. The orthogonal experiment result shows that excellent synergistic effect can be obtained when the ultrasonic field intensity and the electrostatic field intensity are respectively 0.53 W/cm^2 and 32 kV/m, and an inhibition rate of 78.46% is achieved. The results of iodine release experiment show that the ultrasonic cavitation is enhanced by electrostatic field, and that the microscopic energy caused by the ultrasonic cavitation is absorbed by the supersaturated solution in the action of ultrasonic field. Thus, the induction period of CaCO3 crystal is shortened and the nucleation rate is accelerated, which makes the crystals become stable in the form of aragonite suspending but not depositing in the solution, that is to say, the scale is effectively prevented.
