摘 要: 目的:了解高校大学生参加社会实践活动的现状以及与心理健康的关系。方法:采用整群抽样方法随机抽取234人,现场集中填写调查表,采用logistic回归和相关分析方法。结果:没做过家教的大学生抑郁症状阳性检出率高于做过家教的大学生(29.2%>13.6%,P<0.05);参加暑期社会调查的大学生焦虑、抑郁症状阳性率分别低于未参加者(16.8%<38.9%,34.4%<58.9%,P均<0.05);参加勤工俭学的大学生抑郁症状阳性率低于未参加者(8.8%<32.3%,P<0.05)。结论:大学生参加社会实践活动能缓解焦虑、抑郁症状。 Objectives: To realize the relationship between undergraduates' taking part in social practice and their mental health. Methods: Drawing out 234 undergraduates at random, using cluster sampling and collective on-the-spot filling out questionnaires; applying logistic regression and correlation analytical methods. Results: The depression positive rate of those who had not been tutors is higher than that of those who had been tutors (29.2 % 〉 13.6 %, P 〈 0.05). The anxiety and depression positive rate of those who had made social surveys in summer vacation are lower than that of those who had done respectively (16.8 % 〈 38.9 %, 34.4 % 〈 58.9 %, Pall, 〈 0.05). The depression positive rate of those who had joined in work-study prngram is lower than that of those who had not done (8.8 % 〈 32.3 %, P, 0.05). Conclusions: Undergraduates' joining in social practice could lead to remission of their anxiety and depression symptoms.
