摘　　要： 教师如何树立以学生为中心的教学观，在教育教学实践中以学生为主体进行教学？教师在教学中的地位、作用是什么？教师如何在教学过程中提高学生的能力，张扬学生的个性，让每个学生都能得到发展？在教学实践中开发教学案例，运用教学案例进行案例教学，有利于学生的个性发展，有利于提高学生的认知能力，也有利于理论同实际相结合，做到知与行的统一。 As a teacher, how to develop the ideas of a learner - centered teaching？ In the learner - based education teaching practice, what are the roles of teachers and the effect of them？ How to develop learners＇ competences, show the learners＇ personality and the whole person- development through teaching really needs discussion. The fact is that it is a good way to put the cases from the whole teaching procedure back into case-teaching to develop learners＇ personality, to foster the cognizing competence and to learn the skills to combine theory and practice together, to show knowledge and action in one. This paper reports some ideas of the effect on teaching and learning cases through the process of the case teaching and learning.
