摘　　要： 采用正交试验方法对全棉秆硫酸盐蒸煮方法和烧碱蒽醌蒸煮方法进行了优化。确定硫酸盐法最佳蒸煮条件是:用碱量24%,硫化度20%,最高温度165°C,保温时间120min。烧碱蒽醌法最佳蒸煮条件是:用碱量22%,蒽醌用量0.1%,最高温度165°C,保温时间90min。从实验结果看出全棉秆蒸煮硫酸盐法好于烧碱蒽醌法。 In this paper the conditions of cooking of whole cotton stalk KP cooking and soda-AQ cooking are optimized by orthogonal experiment. The optimized conditions of KP are： alkali charge 24%, sulphidity 20%, the maximum temperature 165℃ and heating time 120min. The optimized conditions of soda-AQ are： alk.ali charge 22%, dosage of AQ 0.1%, the maximum temperature 165℃ and heating time 90min. The results of experiment indicate that whole cotton stalk pulp by KP cooking is better than that by soda-AQ cooking.
