摘 要: 应用熔体流动速率测定仪,于190℃-230℃下考察了中空玻璃微珠填充聚丙烯(PP/HGB)复合材料的流动性能。结果表明:熔体的剪切流动基本上服从幂定律;剪切粘度(ηa)对温度的依赖性符合Arrhenius关系;在较低HGB体积分数下,复合体系的流动性优于纯PP树脂;在一定温度下,ηa随着γa的增加而下降;当φf一定时,复合体系的ηa随着HGB直径的减小而上升。 The flowability of hollow glass bead filled polypropylene (PP/HGB) composites were investigated at temperature 190 ℃ ~ 230 ℃ by means of melt flow indexer. The results showed that the shear flow of the melt of specimen obeys basically the power law; the dependence of melt shear viscosity (ηa) on temperature accords with the Arrhenius expression; the flowability of the composite system with lower volume fraction of HGB is better than that of the unfilled PP; at a certain temperature, the ηa of the composite decreases with the increase of γa ; and under a certain φf, the ηa of the composite system increases with a reduction of the HGB in diameter.
