摘 要: 将注射成型的聚丙烯(PP)试样在一定温度下进行热处理,由于结晶过程的进一步进行或结晶的不断完善,在一定的热处理时间内其结晶度有不同程度的提高,从而动态力学行为中的储存模量也随之增高。但是如果热处理时间过长,高分子链中本身的一些薄弱链节则可能发生解缠现象,从而结晶度和储存模量又都下降。 The storage modulus of polypropylene considerable increased after heat treatment. The effect of the heat treatment time at 110℃ and 130℃ on the dynamic mechanical behavior of an injected polypropylene sample was studied. The increase of storage modulus was caused by increased crystallinity as demonstrated by DSC measurements for the same sample. But if the heat treatment time was too long, the crystallinity and the storage modulus were decreased because of the disentanglement of some weak link.
