摘　　要： 结核病是由牛型结核菌(Mycobacterium bovis)引发的,在世界范围内只要有养鹿的地方都可以找到其病原体。利用现代微生物学与免疫学技术以及高级分子方法对此做了广泛而深入的研究。本文对其传播方式、诊断方法、预防以及动物抵抗力的遗传性等方面进行综述。 Deer tuberculosis caused by infection with M. bovis has one of the broadest host ranges of all known pathogens and the organism has been isolated from most domesticated and wild animals. Extensive research has been carried out, incorporating modem microbiological and immunological concepts and advanced molecular methodologieso The transmission, diagnosis, prevention and heritability of resistance to M. bovis infection ruminants be reported in this text.
