摘　　要： 高校二级学院办公室是学院工作的“窗口”。作为学院办公室主任,要做好为领导服务、为机关服务、为师生员工服务的工作,必须当好“三个角色”,强化“三种意识”,实现“三个创新”。 The office work is just like the window of the secondary institute of a university. The director of the institute office often plays an important role in his position to serve the leaders, serve the departments, and serve the staffs and the students, striving for tree kinds of roles.
