摘 要: 本文综述了共轭亚油酸的结构、功能、来源,以及影响反刍动物食品特别是奶牛乳脂中CLA含量的因素,并简要阐述了CLA在奶牛营养上的试验研究进展,对CLA的开发应用前景及未来的研究课题进行了展望。 The structure , function and sources of Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) , and the factors affecting on CLA contents in milk fat of lactating dairy cows and animal products from ruminants were reviewed. More over, the advance in CLA nutrition in lactating cows was illuminated briefly , and the development, application and research of CLA in the future were looked into.
