摘　　要： 本文引入“社会资本”概念分析南海专业镇行业协会,指出行业协会的组织运作存在三种路径类型,在相同的既定制度框架内,随着嵌入社会关系网络的类型及其程度不同,协会组织运作的具体方式、组织架构会有明显的差异。 This thesis is a case study of trade associations, Social capital will he adopted in this article, The purpose of this paper will exploring how trade associations go work. With investigating and analyzing trade associations in industrial clusters in Nanhai, I suggest that there are three types of organizational work. Local culture, social capital and social network are most important factors of shaping the structure of trade associations.
