摘　　要： 专家系统和以神经网络为代表的软计算技术是人工智能研究的两个重要内容,它们互补性的融合与协作方法并应用于管理科学,具有重要的应用意义。将软计算技术应用到专家系统中,建立一个基于软计算融合技术的科研立项评审专家系统,实际应用效果令人满意。 Expert System and Soft Computing represented by Neutral Network, mutually complementary, are two important research aspects of artifieial intelligence, through exploring the technology of amalgamation and cooperation in management science it proves very important in practice. The paper apples Soft Computing to Management Expert System for scientific research project evaluafion, and provides a practical model, for Natural Science Fund evaluation in Guangdong province.
