摘　　要： 20世纪90年代以来,在经济全球化和信息技术创新取得突破性进展的背景下,国际外包市场迅速发展,业务外包成为跨国公司进行产业调整和转移的新方式和新趋势。中国应该利用这个机会,承接国际外包业务,促进中国经济发展。 International outsoureing market has grown rapidly since the 1990s under globalization and information technology innovation. It has become a new trend of international industry restructuring. China should avail of this opportunity to promote economic development.
