摘　　要： 高等教育市场化是当今世界各国高等教育的基本发展趋势之一。高等教育体制以及运行机制的性质与方式受制于一定的政治经济体制与运行机制。中国改革开放20多年来,随着社会主义市场经济体制的不断建立完善以及社会结构的变迁,高等教育管理体制发生了重大变化。文章以高等教育管理体制宏观层次的改革为研究对象,从新公共管理主义以及全球化趋势下的高等教育协调三角关系变迁入手,分析了教育市场化趋势下高等教育行政管理体制在新旧机制转换中的变革趋势。 The marketization of higher education is a basic trend of development among higher education worldwide today. The qualities and ways of higher education system and its operation are confined to certain political economy mechanism and operation. As a socialist market economy is established and improved steadily and social structure evolves, the administrative system of higher education in China has undergone significant changes ever since the implementation of the opening-up policy more than twenty years ago. This essay studies the reformation of administrative system in higher education on a macro level, examines the adjustment of higher education under the globalization trend from the perspective of new public administration, and analyses the changing dynamics of administrative system in higher education in the transition from old to new mechanisms under the trend of marketization.
