摘 要: 在浅色松香和浅色松香甘油酯的制备过程中加入了不同种类的浅色剂、酯化催化剂、热稳定剂和光稳定剂,筛选出性能较好的品种,分别为PS-10、I、D+I-168、LD+UV-320。将它们应用于松香甘油酯的制备中,得到高稳定性浅色松香甘油酯的质量指标为:颜色100(哈森),酸价9.2 mg/g,软化点85.6℃;热稳定性试验后的颜色125(哈森);耐侯性试验后的增重率0.14%、颜色增加3+。产品质量优于市售产品。 The better decoloring agent, catalyzer, thermal stabilizer, light stabilizer were picked out, which were PS-10 ,I,D + I-168, LD + UV-320, respectively. They were used in preparation of high stable light-colored rosin glyceride. Terms of the rosin glyceride were color 100(hazen) ,acid value 9.2 mg/g,softing piont 85.6℃. The color was 125 ( hazen ) after thermal stability test ; weight gain rate was 0.14% and color gain was 3^+ after anti-aglng test. The performance of the rosin glyceride is better than other products on markets.
