摘 要: 影响耐压厚壁筒结构安全可靠性的因素颇多,而这些因素大多都具有或多或少的不确定性,因此,利用结构可靠性方法来研究这些结构的安全性越来越受到科研工作人员的关注。在进行这些结构的可靠性分析时,由于各因素对结构失效的影响程度不同,因此关于各个因素对结构可靠性影响大小的研究具有重要的意义。本文利用结构可靠性计算的直接积分法和灵敏度计算的最新成果,对压力厚壁筒的灵敏度进行了计算分析。计算结果表明,耐压厚壁筒结构屈服应力和工作压力的微小波动对耐压厚壁筒结构失效的影响比其它三个因素的影响大得多,其所占的百分比分别为41.60%、29.01%,故建议在设计、制造、使用时,要严格控制这两个因素的变化。本文的理论研究和实际结构的计算研究对压力厚壁筒结构的设计、制造、使用具有较大的理论意义和实用价值。 The recently developing sensitivity calculation method and direct integral method of reliability calculation are firstly introduced in this paper. Thereafter, a practical engineering calculation method is suggested and the concerned failure function of thick-walled cylinder under internal pressure is established. Last, failure probability and sensitivity factors of thick-walled cylinder structure are calculated and analyzed. Results of sensitivity calculation are shown that the influence of as, q on the failureof thick-walled cylinder is much greater than the other elsments. The effect degrees of σs, q are respectively 41. 60%, 29. 01%. Therefore, it is suggested that during designing, manufacturing, using, these two elements should be controlled strictly. The internal radium and external radium are almost same in failure affect of cylinder structure under internal pressure. The research results and methods proposed by authors are useful in practical purpose.
