摘　　要： 提出了钻孔、攻丝一次成形的新加工方法.制作出一次成形的复合刀具并设计了与之配套的低成本数控加工设备.新的加工方法可以减少加工螺纹孔的工序,提高机械加工的效率并降低加工成本. In this paper, a new machining method of drilling - taping once shaping is brought forward. The composite knife of once shaping has been made out, and the numerical control equipment with low cost has been schemed out. Thus, the procedures of threading screw can be reduced. The machining efficiency can be raised, and the machining cost debased.
