摘　　要： 分析了对我国企业销售人员常见的5种薪酬模式和各种模式的优缺点,指出只有符合企业自身情况的销售人员薪酬模式,才能吸引、激励和留住优秀的销售人才。 This text analyzed familiar five kinds of salary modes and the merits and shortcomings of various modes to salespersons of enterprises in China, pointed out only conform the salespersons＇ salary modes of enterprises, we can attract, encourage and keep the excellent salespersons.
