摘 要: 用电子显微镜和X射线能谱分析等技术对薄板坯连铸连轧CSP工艺生产的低碳钢进行了系统研究,在钢中发现了大量尺寸在30~200 nm范围的纳米级硫化物.在实验研究基础上对硫化物在CSP工艺加速冷却条件下的析出行为进行了讨论,提出了低碳钢中纳米尺寸硫化物的固态析出机制.结果表明:降低钢中的碳含量、控制硫含量、加快铸坯的凝固速度和冷却速度,控制硫化物在奥氏体相区析出等是影响纳米尺寸硫化物形成的重要因素. Large number of sulfide particles with about 30 ~200 nm in dimension were observed in the low carbon steels produced by CSP process by electron microscopy and X-ray energy dispersive spectrometry (XEDS). Precipitation behavior of the nano-scale sulfides were studied and mechanism of the sulfide precipitation in solid state is discussed. Important preconditions for forming nano-scale sulfide particles,including lowering carbon content, controlling of sulfur level,increasing solidifying rate and cooling rate of the slabs to precipitate sulfide in the austenite phase rather than δ-ferrite,are presented.
