摘　　要： 2004年8月对深圳市豆科植物三点金Desmodium triflourum根瘤特性进行了观察并测定了固氮酶活性.结果表明,根瘤的形状以圆形和椭圆形居多,大小为0.5～2.2 mm;用乙炔还原法对根瘤样品进行固氮酶活性测定,结果为31.615 μmolC2H4/(g·h). The nodulation characteristics of Desmodium trilourum were investigated, their nodules were round, ellipse or other shapes and yellow, milky white, drab or green color, with sizes ranging from 0. 5 to 2.2 mm in length. The nitrogenous activity of nodule was determined using acetylene reduction method, the results showed high nitrogenous activity of 31. 615 μmolC2H4/（g· h） in nodule sample of Desmodium trilourum.
