摘　　要： 本文对数字参考服务的评价方法进行了论述。作者认为数字参考服务的评价方法不仅可以借鉴传统参考咨询的评价方法,而且由于其自身的特点,我们还可以采用其他新的评价方法,并对数字参考服务的评价方法涉及的相关问题进行了探讨。 In this article, the author undertakes a study on the evaluation methods of digital reference services. The evaluation methods of traditional face - to - face reference services can be used for reference in digital reference services. In addition, because of its new characteristics, digital reference services also has some new evaluation methods. At the end of this article, the author discusses several problems that must be paid attention to in evaluating digital reference services.
