摘　　要： 以经营企业的理念来经营城市是城市的发展对城市管理者提出的要求,经营城市首先就要经营好城市最大的资产——土地,而城市土地整理是实现经营城市的重要手段。本文还探讨了城市土地整理的特征及其在经营城市中的重要作用。 To manage the city just as to manage an enterprise is a new requirement for our city managers. The first thinking for managing city well is to manage urban land well because urban land is the most valuable asset of the city, and urban land consolidation is an important method for city managers, The characters of urban land consolidation and its importance in city management were also discussed in this paper.
