摘　　要： 影响产业集聚的因素包括地方需求、产品差别化、市场关联和贸易成本。这四个因素的共同特点是与市场密切相关,既包括要素市场,也包括最终消费品市场,还包括中间投入品市场。在不完全竞争、贸易成本、产业内和产业间联系这样的市场机制中,集聚力与分散力之间存在一种平衡。考察这些因素的作用,可以帮助人们正确认识经济一体化对产业迁徙的影响,以及中枢型产业和“集聚租”对于区域经济的作用。 Elements which influence industrial accumulation include local demand, product differentiation, market link and trade cost. A common characteristic of the four elements is their close relation to market including factor market, market of final consumption goods and market of intermediate input products. In the market mechanism of incomplete competition, trade cost, relations within industries and among industries, there is a balance between accumulation and decentralization. Study of these elements will render people a correct recognition to the influence of economic integrity on industrial migration and the effect of backbone industries and accumulative rent upon regional economy.
