摘 要: 本文全面分析了中小企业员工在试用期阶段高频率流动的概况,以及这种高频率流动对中小企业发展和对员工自身成长的影响,在此基础上,提出了解决此类问题的一些针对性的合理化建议,以保证中小企业的快速、健康发展。 The paper analyzes the situation of frequent flow of the staff in probation period in small and medium-sized enterprises as well as its influences on the related enterprises and the staff. Based on above analysis, suggestions are presented to solve the problem and to make sure the fast and healthy development in those enterprises.
