摘 要: 以精密离心机为背景,对基于DCOM的分布式实时诊断与监控系统设计中涉及的主要问题和关键技术进行研究。结合具体的实际系统,采用分布式组件的方法,实现了精密离心机控制局域网络,使得整个系统在系统维护、实时处理能力上有了很大的提高。长期运行的结果表明,该系统能够完成测试任务,并达到要求的性能指标。 Based on the precision centrifuge, the problems and technology are studied which are involved in the design of real-time fault diagnosis and supervise control system using DCOM. The method of distributed components is adopted to realize the LAN control of precision centrifuge. All these make the entire system got great improved on the systematic maintenance and the real time processing. The result of long-term operation shows that this system can complete test task, and reaches the required property index.
