摘　　要： 本文概述学术界对这个问题的不同说法,赞同助词“之”源自代词“之”的说法,并对此展开论述。认为甲骨文中的代词“之”有些是名词性的,有些是谓词性的,这两种“之”都是助词“之”的源头。文章具体分析了由甲骨文中的代词“之”向助词“之”的演变过程。 The paper recounts the different opinions on the origin of the particle＂之＂in classical Chinese, agrees that the particle＂之＂stems from the pronoun＂之＂, giving a clear explaination. The paper considers some of the pronoun＂之＂in early stage are nominal, and some are predicate. These two conditions are both sources of the particle＂之＂. The paper seeks to analyze the evolution from pronoun＂之＂to particle＂之＂from detail.
